We use our Olympian Induced training system to impact your fitness journey! Our Small Group Training program led by our certified personal trainers. Each session will provide a mix of strength, cardio, and power for the ultimate full body workout.
Our impact class is a small group class. We tailor our classes for every level and able to modify on the spot. Each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
Class Days and Times: MTWTHF at 5am, MWF at 9am, MTWTh at 6pm and Saturday at 7am. Our classes are 60 minutes long including warmups, workouts, and cool down stretches. You can mix match days and times that fit your schedule.
If you are just starting a workout regimen or want to take your fitness routine to the next level, our personal training sessions are perfect for a completely custom-tailored workout to your goals. Each session combines high intensity interval training, strength training, and core. With the Village Coaches pushing you and tracking your progress, we will crush your fitness goals.
