You have two options to choose from: You can request for your free fitness consultation to help you decide which program will best fit your needs. Our group class is structured as a get fit, stay fit community for busy people. The boot camp classes usually have 15-20 people that come together at specific times to take on a 45-50 minute fat burning workout that is led by a Certified group fitness instructor.

Absolutely! The exercises that you will be performing are designed to burn fat all over your body…which in turn will flatten your stomach. But, there is no over-night quick fix, you must bring a “can do” attitude and be consistent.
