As a fitness professional, wife and mother of two young children (1 boy and 1 girl), I can relate to the challenges you face in finding time for fitness. In today’s world, staying in shape isn’t quite as easy as it used to be. Getting to the gym or exercise, in general, gets moved to the back burner. This is why I became involved in the fitness industry – I truly enjoy helping others to get in shape and stay fit and healthy.

Village Coach Fitness is phenomenal. It works for me. Working out at a gym was never a sport that I would indulge in. However I found out that if I wanted to improve my running and decrease my running injuries, I needed to participate in some type of core training. Well a friend of mine recommended Coach Fatimat and I just had to meet her. She is the most friendliest and "down-to-earth" person that I have ever meant. She is ver knowledgeable in her field. My first workout was doable but challenging. All throughout the workout she was so encouraging despite the fact that each exercise was a strain for me. I was moving parts that I didn't know could bend. That first day I was surprised I wasn't sore. But the second day, "pow", what a punch. Every part of my body was screaming at me. I thought I wasn't going to return. Well I did, and 10 months later, I'm still attending her classes. Each week is a new challenge. I never knew there were so many strength training movements. Each class is a challenge, but I'm in for the long run. The training has really enhanced my running form and running pace. I've been injury free since I've started the "Village" and I don't see myself stopping. It's worth every penny and I recommend it to anyone who just wants to be fit for life. I'm 68 and going strong. Thank you Coach.

I've been with Village Coach Fitness for just over a month now and I know I made the right decision to give Coach Fatimat my trust in pointing me in the right direction for my physical health and also my extensive digestive issues. I am already able to see and feel changes in my body, physically, emotionally and energy levels. My first week was ruff, but Coach Fatimat assured me that it would be my hardest week and she was definitely correct. I definitely look forward to boot camp and am excited for the positive changes coming my way!

Making the decision to join the Village was the best thing I have ever done for me! I have been able to transform my body.....loosing 40lbs and only10 more to go! But that isn't the best part, I have become stronger, and healthier with more energy than I've had in years! Coach is absolutely the best! She has provided just the right motivation, encouragement and education (nutrition and physical). And age does not matter......! Coach Fatimat gives personal attention to each member/participant. She recognizes individual strengths and weaknesses and areas each individual needs to work on. She pushes the workout as needed, but knows when individuals reach personal limits. Coach Fatimat gives much needed support and encouragement in living a total healthy life style! I loved Coach Fatimat's 14 Day Detox Program! She provided all the necessary tools, menu, food lists, etc, and daily support! I learn so much about toxic foods, healthy food and a holistic approach to healthy living! The results were amazing! I lost weight and had more energy than I would have imagined! More than I expected by far! I thought yeah, I will create accountability for myself and get on a regular exercise schedule (which I did) but what a huge difference it makes to be part of something bigger! Being a "tribe member" means taking part in a complete program that provides fitness & nutrition information, motivational quotes, a weekly meal plan with grocery list and weekend workouts emailed straight to my inbox! Plus we get monthly progress assessments and I have made many new friends. Coach finds a way to motivate me almost everyday! How often do you hear from your trainer at the gym? I suspect it may be only on your workout days!
