Will I be able to handle boot camp?
Yes, we have a “no Tribe Member left behind” program design. Which means we’ll modify exercises and intensity levels to suit your level of fitness.
If I have injuries or disabilities will I be able to do your Impact Group training?
It depends. You may need medical clearance in order to train with us. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
Do I have to stick to one training time or can my schedule vary?
Nope. As a member of our Fitness Tribe you can go to any day we offer Impact Group Training.

Am I limited to how many classes I can come to each week?
We offer multiple packages ranging from 12 classes per month to 20 classes per month. Call us for more information on pricing!
How old does someone have to be to do your boot camp?
We have a minimum age requirement of 16 years-old.
What programs do you offer?
We have many different types of classes to choose from including Impact Group Training, Team Training (Like semi-Personal Training), Personal Training (One on one) and many more!
How much does your programs cost?
We have several options to fit your budget and meet your fitness goal. Pricing ranges from $149 to $239 per month depending on the program and your budget. Please feel free to sign up for a trial or request for your free comprehensive fitness assessment.

What option fits my needs the best?
We recommend you workout 3 times per week for faster results.
What should I wear to boot camp?
Comfortable loose-fitting workout clothes and a pair of comfortable and supportive tennis shoes. Please do not wear jewelry or heavy perfume.
What should I bring with me to boot camp?
A water bottle, a towel, a fitness mat and a sense of humor!
If I get sick or go on vacation will I still have to pay for my program?
Our programs are membership based and run continuously. We will only freeze your membership in extreme absences. This will be determined on a case-to-case basis. We will not freeze your membership if you get sick or go on vacation for less than two weeks.
Do you have a referral program?
Refer a friend or family member and receive a reward! Most of our tribe members refer 2-3 people in their first month of training alone.
Can I try a session of your boot camp before purchasing a membership?
Yes, we offer trials for those who qualify for it.
Do you have child/day care?
At this time we do not have child care, however children who are able to walk can be brought to camp because we train outdoors and there are usually other kiddos to play with. They are some exercise that kids can join in :).
Do you have showers?
We do not have showers.
Will you be adding more locations in the future?
There is always a possibility we will add locations in the future if there’s a need for it.
What if I get to class late?
If you get to class late simply find your spot and jump right into the workout. I promise we won’t yell at you :).
What happens when my program comes to an end?
Once your initial program ends your program will continue on a month to month basis at the same rate.

What kind of weight loss can I expect?
On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days.
Do you provide nutrition advice?
The Village Tribe Members get meal plans and continued nutritional support throughout their membership.
Can I pay per workout?
No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your
boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!
Is there a refund policy?

Can I pay with cash or check?

What’s a typical day like at boot camp?
In one word…FUN! However, since our 45 minute workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a ”typical day.” You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training.
How is this different than the local health clubs?
Our Boot Camps program is designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere in only 45 minutes. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. “Visual

Our Boot Camps is an ongoing program. After all it’s a lifestyle change. You’re welcome to join for a little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people experience some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two
weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore.
